Currently, our fish are harvested from the fertile waters of the Mississippi River Basin, the Tennessee River, Cumberland River, Ohio River, and many tributaries off of these rich waters. Our Wild-Caught caviar boasts a second to none flavor, and we are committed to the sustainability of the products that are offered. We are a fully licensed and FDA inspected facility.
We currently hold caviar dealer licenses in Illinois, Kentucky, and Alabama. We also have harvesters in Arkansas and Tennessee that provide us with enough product for our massive customer base. We have our Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) certification and are USDA inspected by the Consumer Food Safety Branch.
