TOAST POINTS with Egg, Creme Fraiche and Caviar

Ingredients:

2 Hard boiled Eggs         1 tsp Onion Powder

3 slices White Bread       4 oz Creme Fraiche**

2 tblsp Butter                2-4 oz America's Best Caviar

Directions:

1. Pre-heat the oven to 375dg                             6. Place the bread on a baking sheet, butter side up.

2. Melt butter and add onion powder                    7. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden.

3. Cut the crusts from your slices of bread            8. Place a slice of egg on toast 

4. Brush one side of bread w/melted butter.          9. Top with *Creme Fraiche* and a dollup of Caviar

5. Cut the bread into triangles.                               

**Creme Fraiche can always be substituted with either, Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream**

Layered Caviar Dip-
Ingredients for 6 Guests:
3 sliced hard-boiled eggs
3oz Garlic/Herb whipped cream cheese
2oz french onion dip
2oz creme fraiche, sour cream or Greek yogurt
2 tblsp chopped fresh chives
.2-4oz America's Best Caviar (we prefer paddlefish)
1 bag of kettle chips or Plain Bagel Chips or Pita Chips
Instructions:
1. Mix French Onion Dip and Sour Cream, we do not want this to over power or dip so we're diluting a bit.
2. Grease a ring mold(or just layer the bottom of a small bowl if you do not have a ring mold) Add the whipped cream cheese, as this will be your bottom layer
3. Next add the egg slices to cover the mixture.
4. Next, cover the egg layer with the french onion mixture. Top with the chives
5. Chill this mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hr.
6. Top with Caviar and serve with Kettle Chips, Bagel Chips or Pita Chips
*There are lots of variations to this dip. Experiment with what you like and you cannot go wrong
